Al contratar los servicios de Aiveable, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones.

1. El servicio

Aiveable ofrece configuración, implementación y mantenimiento de agentes de inteligencia artificial para negocios: bots de WhatsApp, automatización de contenido, agenda y seguimiento de clientes. El servicio se activa tras el pago del setup único y se mantiene con una suscripción mensual. La configuración tarda hasta 48 horas hábiles tras recibir la información del negocio.

2. Pagos y facturación

El setup único se cobra al inicio y no es reembolsable una vez iniciada la configuración.
La suscripción mensual se cobra cada mes en la fecha de inicio del servicio.
Los precios están en pesos mexicanos (MXN) salvo indicación contraria.
Aiveable puede actualizar precios con 30 días de aviso previo.

3. Cancelación

Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento con 30 días de aviso escribiendo a [email protected]. Sin penalizaciones ni contratos de largo plazo. El servicio continúa activo hasta el final del período pagado. No se ofrecen reembolsos parciales por meses no utilizados.

4. Privacidad y arquitectura Zero-Knowledge

Tus credenciales son tuyas. Aiveable utiliza cifrado AES-256-GCM con derivación PBKDF2 (100,000 iteraciones). Las credenciales que almacenas en tu portal se cifran en tu dispositivo antes de enviarse a nuestros servidores. Ni Aiveable ni ningún tercero puede acceder a tus credenciales en texto plano.

Recopilamos únicamente la información necesaria para el servicio: nombre, correo, teléfono, información del negocio y métricas de uso. No vendemos ni compartimos tu información con terceros sin tu consentimiento, salvo requerimiento legal.

5. Propiedad intelectual

El contenido generado para tu negocio (posts, respuestas, materiales) es tuyo. Aiveable retiene los derechos sobre la tecnología, algoritmos y sistemas que hacen posible el servicio.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

Aiveable no garantiza resultados específicos en ventas o conversiones. No nos hacemos responsables por interrupciones en servicios de terceros (WhatsApp, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). La responsabilidad máxima no excederá el monto pagado en los últimos 3 meses.

7. Uso aceptable

El cliente no utilizará Aiveable para spam, actividades ilegales, engaño a sus clientes, ni nada que viole los términos de plataformas terceras. Aiveable puede suspender el servicio inmediatamente ante uso indebido.

8. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de la Ciudad de México, salvo acuerdo contrario por escrito.

By contracting Aiveable's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. The Service

Aiveable provides configuration, implementation, and maintenance of AI agents for businesses: WhatsApp bots, content automation, scheduling, and customer follow-up. The service activates upon payment of the one-time setup fee and is maintained through a monthly subscription. Configuration takes up to 48 business hours after receiving the business information.

2. Payments and Billing

The one-time setup fee is charged at the start and is non-refundable once configuration has begun.
The monthly subscription is billed each month on the service start date.
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise indicated.
Aiveable may update prices with 30 days prior notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice by writing to [email protected]. No penalties or long-term contracts. The service remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are offered for unused months.

4. Privacy and Zero-Knowledge Architecture

Your credentials are yours. Aiveable uses AES-256-GCM encryption with PBKDF2 key derivation (100,000 iterations). Credentials stored in your portal are encrypted on your device before being sent to our servers. Neither Aiveable nor any third party can access your credentials in plain text.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service: name, email, phone, business information, and usage metrics. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated for your business (posts, responses, materials) belongs to you. Aiveable retains rights over the technology, algorithms, and systems that make the service possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aiveable does not guarantee specific results in sales or conversions. We are not responsible for interruptions in third-party services (WhatsApp, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

7. Acceptable Use

The client shall not use Aiveable for spam, illegal activities, deception of their customers, or anything that violates the terms of third-party platforms. Aiveable may suspend service immediately upon misuse.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico City, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
